Shipping & Returns
We offer a 30 day return policy on all new unused items. Return shipping is covered on any item returned due to a result of our error, such as a damaged item or an incorrect item being shipped.
Need to return something? Please Contact Us with your order number and reason for return. If it's due to buyers remorse, no worries! We get it, and are happy to accept the item back. However, if you're experiencing an issue such as damage, a wrong item, missing parts, etc, please send us a photo of the issue. This helps us make sure you don't have to hear from us again, unless it's to get your return label!
Once we've received your return, please allow up to 5 business days for processing and refund. To expedite your refund, we recommend providing us with the return tracking number. This will help us track your return, and ensure a refund is issued ASAP. If we have a return tracking number, your return jumps to the front of the line!
We currently only offer FREE shipping to the continental US, and expedited shipping is not available for all items. If you need expedited shipping, please contact us with the part number, and your zip code for a quote.
We aim to ship all orders within 1-2 day business days. Once your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number within 24 hours of shipping.
All of our items carry a full manufacturers warranty. For warranty assistance, please contact us directly. We're typically able to handle all warranty issues on your behalf to save you time and a headache!
